The gallery aims to foster Chilean culture and art via encouraging public and private collectors to become patrons of their artists. They opened their doors in 2003 and had their first group show in 2005. The gallery is located in the "Barrio Italia" neighborhood of Santiago.
Lehyt is from Chile but currently lives and works in New York. In addition to the etched encaustic and wax style shown here he produces larger scale sculpture/installation pieces.
Unzueta is another Chilean born artist who works in New York (Brooklyn). She works mostly with felt and, in the case below, recycled spools of thread.
